I’ve been going to Stetch Lab for a few months and really look forward to and enjoy my stretches every time. Alissa is great - she personalizes each session based on how I’m feeling and shares helpful tips for things to work on at home. She’s very professional and is always a pleasure to work with.

Emily was great! Very thorough, knowledgeable and patient. I’ll definitely be back next week to help start achieving my goals. The pricing/packages are a bit high, but for the next three months I gotta do it help with loosing up my muscles and to help with flexibility!! Thanks

Allyson is amazing. When I started 2 months ago, I had a very sore hip and a frozen shoulder. Allyson has been able to do more in 2 months than what doctors and PT's were able to do in 6 months. Pain free NOW!

I’ve been going to Stretchlab since they opened to work on my flexibility and to prevent injuries as I also started working out again at the same time. Michael has been great to work with! I can definitely see an improvement in my overall flexibility. I look forward to going every week! Bailey, Kaitlin and Trinity are super sweet and friendly as well!
