Stretch Zone

I’ve been going to Stretch Zone for about a month and a half now and the results have been great. I have less stiffness and joint pain, more flexibility, and my golf game has improved thanks to better range of motion. I’ve been primarily seeing Sabrina and she is amazing. Just an absolute rock star. Always pleasant and fun to talk with and she takes her job very serious. The price point is a little high, but overall I think it’s well worth it.

I have had a great experience at Stretch Zone. Mohammad has been awesome and has really made an improvement in my every day life. My lower back doesn’t hurt on a daily basis anymore and my flexibility has increases tremendously. Definitely recommend.

Have been going here for a few months now. Get great stretches that increased flexibility and also helps with tightness/pain. Mohammed is great and so are all the other therapists. Scheduling is easy through the phone or using the app

I went to this location over the summer and had wonderful stretches by Keiyi. My last stretch was with another man, and I noticed immediate, new tailbone pain following that appointment in July. It's now the end of November and the tailbone pain has become constant when seated and I have to pay for a weekly chiropractor to manage the pain. When I called the location to cancel my last (already paid-for) appointment over the summer and told them about my pain from the last appointment, they just said "okay, have a good day." The only reason I give this place two stars and not one is because Keiyi was great and made me feel very comfortable.

Being a very inflexible person I was skeptical upon my first visit, coming in into Stretch Zone. I've done yoga quite a bit, and martial arts for some time now. Still, I've always been tight and stiff the day after. 2 months in at Stretch Zone, and now I've been seing improvements that's been holding on for days after my stretching session. There is less effort in me trying to find my squat, and holding on to my pigeon poses, and bending over and touching my toes. This is a new achievement for me. And I'm proud to say that my skepticism has now vanished. I fully recommend giving these guys to try.
