Stretch Zone

Aging has led me to seek a place to regain flexibility so I continue to actively participate in life. I had experienced other places, but the Stretch Zone of Dawsonville provided the kind of experience I was searching for. Heather was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I was able to spend enough time explaining to her what I was looking to achieve. Heather then shared with me how the Stretch Zone approaches working with its clients and provided details of what I would experience. Once I was engaged in the stretching process, everything that I was told would happen, did happen. Throughout the session, I was informed of what we were doing, what I may feel and the benefits of each stretch. This encouraged me to communicate how I was feeling during every stretch activity. After completing the session, I felt renewed as the stiffness and soreness that I had before the session was significantly less. The relief that I experienced reaffirmed my commitment to schedule additional sessions. This is a great place to experience the benefits and relief through stretching.

Wow! WOW! WOW! The Dawsonville crew at Stretch Zone is absolutely, wonderfully, extremely awesome! (and this is not an exaggeration). They are very friendly and my wife and I always have fun with every stretch visit. Stephen, Heather, and Alex do a superior job and they work hard to take extra care at making sure every upper and lower body stretch is done well and comfortably. The stretching is so amazing that I am upgrading my stretch package the first chance I get. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Stretch Zone. I have also posted a pic of Stephen working with my wife. Oh this place is awesome!!!

It was simply amazing, I felt better than I had felt in years. Heather was great, she explained everything she was doing, no surprises. The stretching it very relaxing and not painful at all. My flexibility increased tremendously. I got more results from this first visit than from twice weekly visits physical therapy for 6 weeks. I highly recommend Stretch Zone.

Great plan for my longevity at 56 years old. Would recommend it to anyone at any age! They do a fantastic job and working with my physical limitations. I’ve seen great improvement in the way I feel and move. Heather and Alex really me obtain my physical goals.

I came here with little to no flexibility and that was beginning to hurt my mobility. My initial visit/consultation came with a free session and that sold me. After just one month, 2 times a week, I have gone from feeling a stretch just bending at the waste (hands just below knees) to almost being able to palm the floor. The team is very friendly, knowledgeable, licensed, and very “flexible” with schedule and payment conflicts. I primarily work with Kaley and she single handily has transformed my body. I have also worked with Heather and she’s equally as talented. Kirk was very helpful working with me on some payment conflicts I had and was quick to even offer a free session! If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Highly recommended.
