Stretch Zone

Myles was simply amazing. I came in to see if stretching would make a difference in the way my body had been feeling. To be honest it might have been one of the best stretches I’ve received. This was my first time ever getting a professional stretch. I was referred to this location and I am glad that I went. My practitioner was Trayvon and he made the experience great; not only did I feel better physically, but he also was very knowledgeable. Each of the staff members there were great and made me feel welcomed. I will definitely be going regularly in my home town.

I’ve been going to Stretch Zone for about one year. I work with Josh who is awesome. The Zone is very clean and they sanitize the tables after each guest. I highly recommend the Zone and all the good people working there.

My fist stretch session was informative and worth it. Miles took time to explain the benefits if a weekly stretch and developed my plan according to my goals. I took a Motrin prior to my session. Afterwords I felt extremely relaxed. I will definitely return.
