Stretch Zone

I love Stretch Zone! I’ve had sessions with Teddy and Lindsay and they both are fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The studio is very clean and safe- you’re in one big room all together getting separately stretched! I have a very physically demanding job that even as a younger person, it takes a toll on my body. Getting stretched once a week has helped me feel less tense and less sore!! I highly recommend Stretch Zone and any of their wonderful employees!!! :D

So I have been going to Stretchzone fir a few months now and I feel better! I am way more flexible than I was before I started. TT is amazing. He is very knowledgeable about stretching the different muscles and knows just what is needed. He is.gentle/firm at the same time I would recommend him to anybody. I am hooked!

I have seen Teddy once and he is awesome, helped a lot with my pain management. I’ve consistently seen Lindsey for the last few weeks though and I’ve had a massive improvement in the pain from my spine. She has been great and very informative on the best ways to execute each stretch. She will also make sure to focus on areas that you want to focus on more. Everyone here has been super friendly and I love coming here weekly.

I’ve been coming here since they opened in Apr & keep coming back! I saw a difference from the initial intro stretch so I knew this was a good thing for me!! I’ve had Teddy & Reagan both stretch me & both are good! I will keep coming back…just got to figure out how to get my Health savings plan to accept this as it has been so beneficial for me! Highly recommend trying this.

If you have constant sore back and/or legs, Stretch Zone is the best thing you can do for your well-being. Teddy is awesome,... highly recommend.
