After a series of mishaps kept me on the sofa for far too long I felt stiff and sore and had no motivation to do anything about it I started with stretch Zone in Parker hoping to help get myself moving again. They help me stretch in ways I couldn't do myself. Jaden has a Magic Touch for my lower back, the massage chair is amazing. I'm now walking two to four miles at a time and one day I even walked 8 miles. Come in for the free session you have everything to gain.

Christina Aberle is amazing she gets you into the mental focus and helps you get comfortable to truly relax and get a real deep strech, she has the knowledge,strength and passion in what she does!!! In my opinion this location should do everything the can to keep her. She's just that phenomenal
