Stretch Zone

Like most, I had no idea what to expect. I thought it was like a gym class. I was so very wrong. My consultation was the best stretch I had ever gotten and was immediately sold. Stretching is so much better when someone is doing it for you, and they know what they’re doing. I’ve never had a bad stretch at this location. They are all very good at what they do. I’ve been going for a few weeks now and my body feels amazing. My hips are finally even, and it takes me less time to recover after strenuous workouts. I tell everyone I know to try it. It’s seriously my most favorite “workout” ever. If your body is in pain and/or you’re not flexible at all, just set up an appointment already. You won’t regret it. Best of all, you can use your HSA to pay for it. It’s a win-win.

I went to an introductory stretch and was verbally sold a bill of goods. I was not getting what I feel I needed so I discontinued the service. Unbeknownst to me the tablet that I signed for the consultation turned out to be a contract for 3 months. This was not explained to me but I was charged $250 for a month I did not use. Once I explain things they refused to credit. That tablet is not a consent to treat it is a contract for 3 months. Beware, don't take the weird too nice to enforce that speech because they will fine you for quitting early. Even if you are not getting the results that you requested or that you needed.

Sam was super friendly and calming. Great with communion of what to expect and what my role was. Facility was clean and bright and even with a couple of others, it wasn't loud or overwhelming. Great experience!

I had my first stretch session today and it was amazing. They explain everything very well and I felt wonderful afterwards. I'm looking forward to my future appointments!

As a person that let himself get out of shape, and after doing 3 months I am finally getting back to a pain free life. My mobility is coming back. My willingness to want to do more activities is coming back. If your having pain or stiffness you have to try this. The staff are amazing and listen to you. Each stretch is about you not what they want to stretch but what you need stretched. Every time I leave the stretch zone my pain level has gone from a 6-8 to a 1. No joke. No pain in my knees or back, I truly feel young again.
