Stretch Zone Coral Gables

I have been training for a half marathon and a friend recommended stretch zone in Coral Gables. I went in not knowing what to expect and now I’m hooked! This place is amazing. The staff is incredible. It’s for anyone. Runners, people who sit at desks all day and want to maintain flexibility, causal athletes. ANYONE can benefit and it’s so welcoming in there. Thank me later. 5 stars!

Camilo is amazing. I came here once and became an instant addict. It has totally changed my life to get stretched. There is only one complaint I have. Please turn off the overhead lights. It takes away from the experience. When you are lying there you look up and see bright lights in your eyes, it takes away.. It’s the only thing I would change it will totally improve the experience.

Had my first Stretch yesterday. Wow !! Game changer ! Beautiful location right next to UM. Looking forward to going back and increasing ROM. Definitely worth it!

It was my first time here at the coral cables stretch zone. Everyone was very welcoming. I had Luis stretch me out. He was very delicate but strong enough to feel the movements properly. Definitely recommend! I feel amazing

Keyla is the absolute best. She knows exactly how to position the stretches where it targets areas you cant do on your own. Everyone there has the funnest positive attitudes and makes the whole experience a retreat. Gabard is also good as well. This is better than any chiropractor or “massage” place I’ve been to. The flexibility I have now is because of the attention to my personal body type. They communicate really well on your endurance and always challenge to do your best. Really love this place.
