Strength and Strike Fitness

The classes are a variety of exercises you ve never seen abiling you too learn from the chalkboard, into a gym ,classroom setting awesome been a member since December 2017 and has taken my boxing training too other gyms for sparring rounds Very proud too still be active with astrength and Strike.

I found out about Strength and Strike Fitness through a friend who had been going to their classes for about a year. Let me tell you that during my first class I was given a warm welcome, and was given step by step instructions to make me feel comfortable. All the trainers are awesome and clearly love what they do. The classes are challenging but fun at the same time. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a great workout and hanging out with a lot of cool people.

Very welcoming when you walk in the door, even if they are busy I still felt acknowledged. Coaches are high energy and helpful no matter your skill level. Members are welcoming as well, and willing to help guide throughout the workouts. The boxing/strike aspect seemed a little scary, but it’s been lots of fun so far!

Best gym in town! I love going here every day and working out! The coaches are fantastic, encouraging, and really know their stuff. The workouts are challenging and fun, and they are different every day. Coaches are always there to lend a helping hand and scale workouts to help with fitness level, injuries, etc. The gym itself is super clean and they have worked really hard to keep the place safe for us to come in and work out.

Such an awesome workout program! Coach Rhuben is encouraging and challenging. He brings his energy and positive attitude to the class each day. If you are looking to change things up a bit, I highly recommend Strength and Strike Fitness. You will not be disappointed.
