Other customers took my coffee while I was on the restroom, thankfully the barista made me a new coffee

Coffee is great at this location. However, when I came here for a coffee on my first day in Culiacan the barista claimed the computer was not working and ran my card at the drive-up window, he then gave me a pen and paper for me to write down my pin so he could enter it. Come on, hopefully Starbucks Corporate can look into this. I go to Starbucks all over and this was the first.

Great atmosphere, clean and the service is great. The quality of the products is poor and the flavor just too sweet. Even the coffee tastes weird. There is a private meeting room which is great.

The service is fast, the orders are the same, they serve you your coffee, frappe, etc. super fast, and the coffee and frappuccinos are very good I recommend it

This is my Favorite Starbucks in Culiacan. A nice, clean place with a great atmosphere. Great customer service, and a friendly staff.
