Springhill Fitbody Bootcamp

This is by far the best gym. I drive from Spanish Fort 5 days a week to work out. All of the coaches are amazing, knowledgeable, and so encouraging. Highly recommend to everyone!

I know I'm in the minority here but my own personal experience wasn't great. For starters, I was just totally lost and that never really went away. If you don't already know what you're doing then lord help you. I joined for a promotion and on the 4th week when I expressed that a regular membership might be a little pricey for us, the communication abruptly stopped even though we had a week left and I had previously been getting regular "support". I really wanted to like this place and they will help you lose weight but the idea of the community they promote is just a sales tactic. I guess I'm naive.

I absolutely love everything about this place. The coaches are amazing and so encouraging, I've also met some really great people since I started. Thanks to Springhill Fitbody I am getting my confidence back and becoming a healthier/stronger person!

Good workouts but unfortunately not a good experience. After my 3rd day I had to introduce myself to one of the coaches. I didn't get any information about anything they did there, special "challenges" or their nutritional program (I think they had supplements because I saw a poster one day). I don't think they cared what my goal was or if I even achieved it. After a few weeks I did feel stronger but I hadn't lost any weight. I felt so discouraged that I didn't even go the last day of my 30 day membership. I don't think that I will ever go back.

I love this place! I have been a member now for about 3 months. There is not a day I don’t go in there, even when I don’t feel like it, and the coaches are so motivating. They truly do care about each and every person and their well being. Thank you Fitbody for helping me gain energy and confidence back!
