At this headquarters they always treated me kindly and cordially. All the staff are very attentive and polite. Luis maintains the cleanliness of the Room 10 points IMPECCABLE. The receptionist (Osqui) always welcomes you with a smile. The bodybuilding teacher (Paula) is the BEST I had, she pays attention to everyone and corrects when you are not doing an exercise well. The YOGA and SPINNING classes (Lucio) are excellent. The Zumba ones are very fun and intense. I loved when the half-hour ABDS workshop was on, super intense (and I hate doing sit-ups).
The facilities are new and very good, there are always things to improve but I can't find anything that is not working correctly. The material in the weight room is suitable for an intermediate schedule, if you go during rush hour (from 6 to 10 p.m.) it will surely be difficult for you to get something to work with, but that happens in all gyms, it is not something exclusive to this one. It is normal that Soler Members are prioritized over other members from other venues (for routines and raffles) that happens in all chains, I don't see it as something to criticize.
In short, as a reflection, I would like to say that when I chose to become a member of this headquarters it was because of THE PERSONAL TREATMENT that everyone gave me, they are very human and there is a lot of EMPATHY, if I stop going for 2 weeks they send me motivational messages so that I come back, when not It is necessary since we all pay the fee the same, whether we go or not.

Since they opened their doors they have had this problem with flooding and it cannot be possible that in more than a year and a half they have not been able to solve this problem. It is incredible that a gym with such a high fee has to close due to leak problems. I haven't been able to go train in the morning for two days because the gym looks like a swimming pool. I paid for the whole year and I regret having done so because it really isn't worth it. The machines have no maintenance, there are few weights and there is a lack of machines.
The best thing this gym has are the morning trainers, both Flor and previously Juani, they are really quite concerned, attentive and very professional, always attentive to making sure you do the exercises well and they do a lot for the gym.
This is the one that is closest to me, if they tell me that I have to go to another location I prefer to change to another gym that is also more comfortable and capable, cheaper and provides a better service.

Every time it rains, the water leaks, on Monday 07/04 I went in the afternoon because I needed to use the treadmill and after half an hour they told me that they needed to close it because the water that came in from the rain that day was not normal in comparison with other rainy days, and they did not open on 07/05 or 07/06 “due to technical problems” = rain. Why do they raise the fee if they don't repair anything? In summer you die of heat because they can't turn on the air because of the wiring system, in winter they don't turn it on either because of that, the walls have holes, the machines have no maintenance because you can tell. The only good thing about the gym is the proximity to my house and that the morning teachers put together good routines and advise you well, for the rest, nothing good to say, because they don't even have a water dispenser.
