Speedy Oil Change

I had used Speedy Oil Change several times on my vehicles but one day we took our 2018 Subaru in and the mechanic drained the transmission fluid instead of the oil. They filled up the oil (overfill) as well. We left since we had no idea and when the car started shuddering we took it back. They replaced the transmission fluid and corrected the oil change supposedly noted what happened because we could only get the receipt for the screwed up oil change. Needless to say transmission has now gone out on the vehicle and nobody has even reached out from the business.

10 minute oil change?? Need to change your sign out front. Waited over an hour. Had to leave - had other things to do today. Thank God you are not the only one in town. My buisness will be elsewhere.

Visited this business Saturday. Employee greets you, fast ,friendly efficient service. Employees and service was great.

Good place for an oil change. Bobby is a hard worker and gets things done in a timely manner. Had a 10 am appointment with Firestone for an oil change and A/C check. By 1:30, my car was still sitting right where I left it. Although Speedy doesn't do A/C checks, I still got my oil changed in less than 20 minutes

First I waited 3 hours until I asked are you getting to me at the time it was after 3 pm. When I came in they said it may be a little longer than 45 minutes as promised when I called the day before to make appointment. I had noticed finally that my New 2023 Navigator with all the bells and whistles had not even moved from the parking place I parked in 3 hours earlier. I was there for a simple oil change. I went up to the man and asked politely do you plan on getting to me today? They lost my ticket! I finally lost it and said just hand me my keys. They had lost my keys! It took them 30 minutes to find first they said they are driving your vehicle omg no I want my keys my vehicle in my presence now. Still they had no clue where my vehicle and keys were. I have never had service like this. We were going out of town due to a sick family member and for warnings to anyone who sits for over 3 hours ask what is going on I can assure you they probably don’t!
