I live in Los Angeles and drive all the way to Encinitas to teach the weekly Breathwork Class at Soul of Yoga. Why? Because it's worth it! When I first entered the “Soul of Yoga” studio in Encinitas, my first thought was “I came home.” The feeling of love and light washes over you at the door. The energy of this place is light, positive, inspiring and beautiful. This studio is newly renovated, and it feels new, clean and airy. After a month of trying different classes, I was so in love with this place, I signed up for teacher training classes. It was the best decision ever. The first module was amazing!!!!! I loved every second of it. The studio went way beyond regular teacher training and presented us with the five star education. All the teachers are professionals with a vast knowledge about yoga. The Asana classes are probably my favorite right now. I am learning so much. And the teachers are ALL simply the best ones I’ve ever met. Do your self a favor and join this studio. There is so much love, care, knowledge and thought put into running this beautiful place. Yoga became my passion thanking to the “Soul of Yoga” and I thank you for that!

Soul of yoga feels like family!! I really feel like part of the community when I come and they offer everything I need from relaxing yin to pump it up vinyasa. The teachers at all knowledgeable and I have enjoyed every class. I’ll be going there as long as I live in the area ❤️❤️

I really enjoy the authenticity of this place. A great variety classes and disciplines, yoga, meditation, sound healing, and the list goes on. The space is really beautiful and not too serious or overly designed, which I personally prefer. The studios are large, calm, clean and often the wide doors to outside is open so we enjoy the class with fresh air. There's a shop inside which has a variety of yoga items from candles to clothing. Friendly staff and knowledgeable teachers. I prefer a place like this over a commercial yoga studio, there's a bigger sense of community and it's definitely my favourite place for some time out.
