Some Like It Hot Power Yoga

I've done different types of hot yoga at different studios over the past six years, and this is definitely up there with my favorites! Some Like It Hot is intimate, small, and best of all owned and run by a local of Hamden! I had been looking for a hot power yoga studio to join and I am so thankful Deb opened up this studio. :)

Such a great yoga studio! It’s a beautiful studio, super clean, and it’s wicked hot (just what I need in the cold months). Deb, the owner, is very welcoming and teaches a great power class. Can’t say enough good things!

Deb is amazing and her classes are just the same. She manages to create a beautiful space that honors the practice of yoga and challenges one to dig deep mentally and physically. I am grateful I have found this studio!

This studio is a gem! You cannot ask for better heat or intensity of the flow. Deb and Yizza are fabulous instructors who are patient and helpful, but also challenge you! This studio has changed my life!!

This is an incredible studio. I have been to 100s of yoga teachers and Josh is by far the best and most knowledgeable versatile teacher and cares about each students needs. Thank you Josh
