Sol Seek Yoga Studio

I am beyond grateful for finding Sol Seek. 🙏🏼 When I moved to SB, I didn’t know that many people in town and I really wanted to find a solid community and that’s exactly what I found. They offer a great selection of classes for any kind of yogi and the teachers are the best. Also the studio is super cute! 😍

The best yoga studio I have had the pleasure of taking classes at in Santa Barbara! Such a warm & welcoming environment that truly encompasses the notion that yoga is for everybody. There is a vast array of classes to choose from depending on what you’re looking for. My personal favorite being Flow + Yin with Amelia which leaves me feeling refreshed and at my best. Thank you Sol Seek community for holding an inclusive space for yogi’s of all levels & backgrounds!

Sol Seek is a wonderful community that I am so grateful to have been welcomed in to. The studio space is light, airy, and inviting, and each staff member and teacher is kind and welcoming. I cannot recommend Sol Seek enough, with a special emphasis for students who have not practiced much yoga or who feel a little rusty - I can guarantee you you will feel welcome, empowered, and strong here!

This is my favorite yoga studio in town. I can't recommend it more. The environment is clean, beautiful and inviting. The staff makes you feel so welcome, and relaxed and the teachers are knowledgeable and work hard to make their classes fun, informative and creative. My main reason for writing this review is to highlight an incredible teacher: Lucy Whillhite. I've been attending her 'Burn' class for over 8 months and it's my favorite class I've ever taken...and I've practiced yoga and taken workout classes for over 6 years. Her approach is warm, enthusiastic and guides you in a way that makes you feel motivated, and put at ease. Her music choice is as baddass as her teaching. I've taken many classes that have trance yogic beats that can put me to sleep, and her playlists always make me smile. If you take a class at Sol Seek, be sure to take one of Lucy's classes, you'll be happy you did!
