SoFLo Hot Yoga

I sought out a hot yoga. I know that is what’s best to slowly stretch your body without having injuries I love this place it not only gives you a full body stretch and work out but it’s definitely going to tone the muscles and I just leave there feeling so relaxed and at peace, they have a special limited your first trial month. You can go as many times as you want or can and that is what I’m doing. Every instructor is so nice and accepting of every single person, every single body type, and every single age. At the end of the class they reward you with a poem or compliment you on just showing up to your mat or maybe give you a hint of some aromatherapy. I love the variety of each instructor that is encouraged to do their own thing within the boundaries of Yoga flow. It will be the best thing you’ve ever done for your body, mind and soul.

I love this locally-owned “hot” spot. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and welcoming. They offer classes for all ability levels and are located in a beautiful, clean, convenient location. The infrared heated room has so many therapeutic benefits. I feel like I’m getting a free facial with my workout. Definitely check out their New Year’s special. It’s motivating me to get moving again!

Hands down my favorite place to be after work or to start my Saturday. All of the instructors are great-they really know what they are doing and show a general interest in our well being, especially Anna. I’m completely new to yoga in general and she’s been welcoming. I like they way they structure the class giving special emphasis on total calming of the mind and relaxation. The heat isn’t too hot, although they do offer that. And I feel very comfortable when I’m there. It’s better wine therapy!

The best hot yoga studio in Lake Mary! Amazing teachers who are really good - they take great care in making sure your yoga practice is safe and also made for any level- beginner or more advanced- can’t say enough about how much I love SoFo!
