Sioux Falls Central Fit Body Boot Camp

Awesome place to workout! Coaches are so very encouraging and helpful. Even though I’ve only been going for a month, I am committed to go 4-5/week. My college aged daughter who works out regularly joined me for a session when she was home. She was also very impressed with the gym and overall experience!

Fit Body Book Camp is more than just a gym. With workouts that push you at any fitness level. The coaches truly care about each person who walks through the doors. No judgment, just acceptance and encouragement. They say family and they mean it. It's place where everyone belongs and is encouraged to live better.

Joined in June didn’t hit regular until September but these are pictures and the one in the middle after 8 months is me morphing into new shape. Awesome high energetic 30 minute classes with great coaches and music. You get so much support and programs to help your reach your goals. They make you feel like family.

I've been working out at Fit Body for about 11 months. I have gotten so much stronger, and I am excited to see what happens as I continue the journey. There are so many good things about Fit Body: the variety of the workouts, the camaraderie with other clients and the encouraging staff are a few of my favorites. I look forward to my workouts, and thanks to Fit Body Boot Camp, I feel both empowered and motivated to work towards my health and fitness goals. Come check it out!
