Used the air machine the prepare tires before our road trip. The machine reported an error unless you held the gage right. It was a two-person job, and even then, we didn't have time to fully check the fourth tire.

I go to this gas station frequently and I have never encountered anyone so unpleasant. After waiting 15 minutes, he decides to leave the counter, as if he were doing you a favor. Education is conspicuous by its absence and we don't even talk about speed. Now at least the workers are identified.

3 times I pump gasoline, the 3 times the same girl attends me. In the first one, after seeing what I've been waiting for more than 5 minutes, he comes out to pour gasoline on me with a bad face, the next two I have to pour myself because (the same girl) doesn't feel like leaving the store even when no one is there. Sorry customer service. If something happens while I'm pouring gasoline, who is responsible? Then if they replace it with a self-pay machine, it will protest but its work does not.

Saturday, February 11, from 7:30 p.m. to 7:50 p.m., waiting at the pump to get gas (due to a knee injury). The girl, with the store empty and having looked on several occasions, did not feel like going out to do the job for which she they pay.

Terrible attention, apart from the fact that you have to fill the gas yourself, no good morning, no good afternoon or anything. Education and attention are conspicuous by their absence. There are more Shell gas stations in the city and with much better service and education of substaff. Apparently those who hire at this service station should not be the requirement🤷.
