My wife and I started going here in May of 2022. While it is a trip from where we live in Nectar, it is worth it. The variety of free weights and cable weights makes our workouts very accessible. Even when it is crowded, the folks are very generous and typically will let you jump in when they are taking their rest breaks.

A true gym great for all ages. Plenty of select a weight machines combined with a free weight area that is large.

Good clean Hammer Strength gym with all the equipment a man needs.

I've been a member for 1.5 years and love it. There is enough equipment that most times I'm not having to wait and it is in good condition and we'll maintained. The owner, Chuck, is super nice and very helpful. Membership price is very reasonable compared to others in the area. The 24 hour accessibility is a huge perk

Horrible business practices of a small country town ran by people with no experience or idea of what it is like to run a business. There is NEVER anyone there as far as staff. If you call no one will ever pick up and the door is always locked. The one time I called the and the own picked up he advised that he was out eating at 1pm. There is no urgency to get your business nor is there to provide and kind of customer service. This place is not a real business it’s just something that exist! Trash
