This studio is such a welcoming environment for ALL levels! Every teacher is supportive and the tribe is like family. If you have ever wondered about yoga, looking for a new way to get moving, felt the aches and pains of getting older or need a way to decompress and de-stress give Shakti a try!

Shakti Yoga is where it's at for yoga in Dover, Delaware. It is a welcoming and loving environment full of knowledgeable and capable instructors. The owner Ruby does a great job making this studio into a community. I've had a great time attending their yearly yoga festival "ohmfest" 2 years in a row now and enjoy popping in for any of their variety classes and events when possible.

I first walked into Shakti Yoga last year in the midst of the pandemic. I had never taken a yoga class in my life and to say I was intimidated is an understatement. Ruby the owner of Shakti gave me such a warm and friendly greeting, I knew I had found somewhere I could enjoy going. All of the instructors at the studio give off a warm, inviting and patient vibe. It truly feels like coming home going into practice. Make sure to watch for special events at the studio as well, they are phenomenal and always a great time

Phenomenal!!! That’s the only way to describe Ruby and the staff at Shakti Yoga. From the moment I met them at the first Yoga fest to now every interaction of top notch. Customer service provided by Ruby and staff is amazing. They go above and beyond at all times. Even during this pandemic they made it their priority to keep the community safe and allow us to not miss a beat in our practice. Thank you Ruby and the Shakti staff for all you do!!

Shakti Yoga is an incredible experience! All of the instructors are very helpful during the practice in making sure we are getting the most out of our experience. I immediately feel relaxed and restored each time I leave a session! A drop in if you’re in Dover is a MUST at this location!
