Savage Yoga is hands down the best yoga studio I’ve ever been to. The community that Elizabeth has created here is unmatched. There’s never any judgment - just a bunch of amazing people from all skill sets and walks of life coming together to practice yoga. The number and variety of classes offered here is incredible. There’s truly something for everyone. If you’re an experienced yogi or brand new to the practice, I highly recommend Savage Yoga!

I absolutely love being a member at this studio! They offer a wide variety of classes. It’s been fun trying all the different class types and discovering my style! I can honestly say I haven’t taken a bad class yet, all of the instructors are wonderful!

I LOVE Sage Yoga. I could easily list hundreds of things that I love, but I will keep it short - 1. Elizabeth, the owner, is so kind and a true inspiration. Elizabeth has created a community that will gladly welcome anyone in. If you get to take one of her classes, you will get to feel her energy light up the room. 2. The studio is CLEAN!! The bolsters, eye covers, blankets, blocks, ect. are washed after every use. The floors are clean and you won’t find a single stray hair in the bathrooms. It is extremely hard to find a yoga studio as clean as this one! 3. Every single instructor is so kind and talented here. Modifications and ways to challenge yourself are always provided. I’ve loved every class I’ve taken - even if I have no idea what I am doing. If you are new to Yoga definitely try the foundations class, as it’s super slow and a perfect way to try out the studio (plus Kris is an awesome instructor)!

I can’t say enough good things about this unique & one of a kind studio! The instructors are all so amazing in their own way. I love the variety of all the classes as well as the different rooms to practice in. The space itself is relaxing, calm & comfortable. Everyone is so friendly.. all I feel are positive vibes from the time I walk in to the time I leave. From beginner to advance, to high intensity to restore- Savage yoga studios has it all! I’ll definitely be back for sure :)

AMAZING !! I was a little intimidated at first because it was a hot class. But Elizabeth is fantastic. I loved it so much a purchased a 3 month package after my first class. I am extremely happy with the variety of classes and so many classes to choose from during the day. I would definitely give it a try. They do not disappoint. Very knowledgeable and great yoga teachers.
