Santa Monica Yoga

For over 5 years I’ve been taking classes at SMY. Mainly Laura Gideon’s classes. She’s fantastic. All the teachers are excellent. The studio is spotless, staff is friendly and helpful. Everyone is welcome, everyone is represented!

Thoroughly enjoying my "new student" package. It's a no-nonsense studio, meaning there aren't the "bells & whistles" rather, a chill atmosphere. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The teachers I've had have had years of experience. It's the essence of yoga. Highly recommend

Katherine is a wonderful instructor. She articulates beautifully, with clarity and conviction, and helps me achieve more than I would without her words of encouragement. She also mixes it up with different exercises each class, keeping the class relevant and interesting. Morning classes are great but I'd not again take an afternoon class in the summer. The room is unbearably hot in the afternoon.

Great yoga class. Really easy to drop in and try out the studio. I'm a beginner and the instructor did a great job helping out the unexperienced as well as giving the seasoned attendants more advanced options.

My girlfriend and I visited Santa Monica Yoga and had an awesome class with Natalie. 100% would recommend and will return if we find ourselves back in town.
