DO NOT HIRE SANITAS. They have terrible customer service and when I requested my leave due to change of residence to another country, which is supposed to be possible at any time, they denied it. They are thieves, they make you pay for mediocre services that you no longer use!!!!!!
Scam, do not contract, I have a knee injury and they exclude me from both, and only for going from Sanitas company to individual. The commercial told me there would be no problem... But after hiring him and not being able to unsubscribe for a year, he tells me that he doesn't fit... and above both knees instead of one....
Outraged!! My mother's partner has been paying for Sanitas for 35 years, which is not exactly economical, believing that she was in the hands of good health insurance. He got some blood clots, he became unconscious, in confinement, being alone and they took him to the public hospital. When he began to recover, he asked to move to a center with rehabilitation, to regain autonomy and mobility, since he is fine mentally. He requested a transfer to an agreement with Sanitas due to proximity to be able to visit and treat him and Sanitas told him that they did not cover anything, neither hospitalization, nor rehabilitation, nor ambulance transfer. THEY COVER YOU ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, nor do they give you any type of alternative. They have left him abandoned to his fate, nothing to do with the images in the advertisements that talk about being interested in their policyholders. We find it outrageous that after decades religiously paying the fees, barely using it, when he really needed it, the insurance has not been up to par, he has felt totally abandoned by the company. You are supposed to have private insurance for when these things happen that no one wants to happen to you, not just to pass the bills and ignore it later. The attention received by Sanitas has been terrible and it is shameful that they evict him in this way. Apart from that if they have to take him to a rehabilitation center to regain mobility, he is fine mentally, he only has the option of centers that are in the mountains of Madrid, more than 120km away, which prevents daily visits. SANITAS HAS DISREGARDED EVERYTHING, EXCEPT PASSING THE CHARGES. THEY DON'T COVER YOU ANYTHING, AFTER 35 YEARS. SHAMEFUL!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY!!
Very, very, very displeased, it seemed like a sure thing for the best and it turns out to be the worst.
For each month I am receiving up to 4 charges.
I can't wait for the contract to end and never hear from them again.
