Emergency room is a waste of time - avoid. Understaffed, archaic, even if you see just a couple patients upon arrival, you will be waiting for hours. Patients end up filling the hallways. The prioritization criteria is hard to understand, to say the least. Patients in the waiting room spend the time discussing and trying to understand it to no avail. You're better off traveling to other ERs outside the city. In the end it will be quicker

If you ever need a covid test from this place (25€), ask them to print. They are sending pdfs after 40 hours despite telling, that it will be sent the same day. Also good luck with finding anyone speaking English there.
