Warning! Sameday Health billed my insurance $500 nearly two years later for a Covid test. Looking back at my records, I paid $75 out of pocket when they told me I would have to get reimbursed from my insurance. Then, fast forward, my insurance notified me this week (almost two years later) that they paid a claim. When I investigated and looked at old records, this company charged me and my insurance. I hope some regulatory agency investigates. Be extremely careful with them as they will hide behind the "diagnostic laboratory" as the ones billing the insurance and not them. Also, keep all your receipts and records to protect yourself. I believe one reason health insurance in the US is so expensive is because of companies like Sameday Health. It feels like they are fleecing customers and insurance companies with fraudulent billing practices.

wow! zero customer service. beware they dont "accept insurance on saturday" lmao so tests go from $30 to $250! rude girl behind the desk barely looks up, too busy on her personal phone! DONT GO.

This place is incredible, the nurses are so warm and genuine. Feels like you’re back at moms getting taken care of. They set up Netflix for me, gave me snacks and a heating pad. If I could give 10 stars I would, I will continue to come back here. Xo
