Katie’s events and retreats are top-notch! She has a unique gift of really helping you drop into the present and into your body. I always leave her events feeling better than I walked in: calm, grounded, clear, and hopeful. She’s an amazing yoga teacher, always offering modifications to meet you where you are, and breaking down each pose for proper alignment. She helps yoga actually feel good instead of it being a strain on the body. Highly recommend!

Katie was the first yoga instructor during a class that truly taught me how to do the poses correctly and made me feel more comfortable and confident doing them. I have put on events for my clients (I’m a personal trainer) and always invite Katie to instruct when it’s a yoga event. I’m confident everyone enjoys her classes. She has a very calming voice, she plays the best music, and is very patient. I went on her women’s coastal yoga retreat and had the best time. I felt comfortable opening up to women I’d never met before and left there with wonderful new friendships and a heart that was at peace. I took a lot from her lesson plans and journaling and discussions. And of course felt even more confident about yoga. I recommend her to everyone interested in yoga or who are unsure about it and will recommend her 1000x over.
