Sadhana Yoga Delaware

Great place to practice! I dropped in for my first time last week and have gone back a second time since. Thoroughly enjoy the hot yoga and how friendly the instructors are.

My first time trying Laura’s In Studio Heated Vinyasa class this morning and I am impressed. The facility is nice, easy to find, spacious and clean. More importantly Laura was extremely informative, present, and engaged. She even helped me modify when noticing some struggles. 6/5 stars

I drop into Sadhana about once per month and love the studio and the yoga sessions. Anne is fantastic and and I always leave feeling refreshed and grounded. It’s a very welcoming environment!!!

The yoga instructors are welcoming, knowledgeable, and skilled. There is no judgement. They encourage you to work from where you are physically and support you to make the necessary adjustments to postures so that you can get the most out of your practice. The studio space is comfortable and inviting.

I’ve never enjoyed previous yoga classes at other studios, but when a friend asked me to go to a beginners class at Sadhana with Laura my mind was completely changed. It was a wonderful class, where I was able to disconnect for an hour and enjoy the flow of the class. Would highly recommend!
