Synergy HomeCare, and especially Ken, has been a real blessing to our loved one and all of our family members. We appreciate how the visits are geared towards our brothers particular needs. They meet him where he is at in his difficulties in his life at this time. My brother was a little hesitant at first, but he has been won over by their attention and their time together and now he really looks forward to the visits and varied activities they do together. We have been using Synergy since day one. Mom’s caregiver Vickie always goes above and beyond. Always going the extra mile. She has become family to us. When she herself was ill Ken and Bernadette visited her in the hospital. We weren’t worried in anyway who would take her place caring for my precious mom. Ken came and stayed to ensure our “back up” was a perfect fit and of course Jasmine was awesome. Ken and Bernadette truly care about their families and staff. Janay is a superlative Care Giver. She is a bright, hard-working young woman. She’s making my home shine and making me happy to see her!

I applied for a job here..spoke to Bernadette and then was told she would be calling me back..I called her back several times after not hearing back from her and feel I was treated very very unprofessional...I was told ....I will call you right back more than once... WOW is that how you treat the clients... I wouldnt want my family member having to wait that long for good care..

Cierra is hands down Synergies best. She's personable, trustworthy and extremely proficient at her job. I would recommend her for any aspect of home health care.
