Sonia Gonzalez and the Synergy Home Care staff of Miami are simply amazing. They were able to provide home healthcare coverage for my mother in January when she broke her hip. They have been providing continuous care since that time. Living far from my mother is challenging. Synergy and their staff have helped to bridge the miles between us. They are like having part of our family there for her. We have found the company to be extremely flexible, cooperative, and compassionate. Amazing company! Our mother was coming home from a 2 month stay at the hospital and we were unable to be with her immediately. Sonia was wonderful in getting everything we needed including 24 hour care. The aides have made my mother so comfortable and happy. Highly recommend!

All the staff at Synergy were incredibly helpful when I first started looking into the idea of Home Health Care for my mother. At the end of April she had taken a bad fall and I was unsure what my next step should be as I do live out of town. After speaking with various agencies I had a lasting impression after speaking to Sonia at Synergy. Very impressed with this company. What they have done for my in laws is priceless! My wife doesn't need to stress about their care. Any issue is dealt with competently; we deal with Sonia but all are helpful. No matter the question or concern Synergy comes thru for us and makes sure we are at ease.
