Recently I had the pleasure of working with Taylor at Synergy Home Health in Fort Collins. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. I needed a very quick in home overnight caretaker for one of our residents at our senior living on a Friday night. Within 1 hour I had a call that they had someone for us that could be at the facility in 1/2 hour and they would be able to stay 24/7 until we were able to move a resident into a secure environment. This was so stressful the family was out of town and we had to make some quick decisions. The entire team at Synergy was reliable, responsive and flexible which is not easy to find. Their commitment to providing high-quality care was evident though out our experience with them. Thank you, Synergy Home Health and Taylor, for making a positive impact on our community and the families here. We highly recommend calling Synergy when you need in home care or a situation in a facility needing a one on one helper or companion during an already difficult time of need.

As a skilled home care nurse in Northern Colorado, I really appreciate the ease in which I can contact Baylea with referrals for non skilled home care. I often times see patients that could benefit from the care that Synergy can provide and have been able to facilitate that for a few patients with her help to date.
