My mom is apart of this home care and an individual named Betty treated her multiple times like a child. She’s yelling at my mom through the phone. My mom has asked her multiple time how she needs to cancel because I have work and finally want to spend time with her outside of the house and when she calls to cancel Betty gets upset with her but it’s not her fault when she needs help with her phone to call others or text others. We can’t bring the providers with us all the way into the foley outlets. Half of the providers don’t show up and my mom never complains. My mom has muscular dystrophy so it’s a physical disability not a mental one. Betty is completely rude and scheduled different people. It’s hard when you have pets who need to constantly readjust to others. My mom has one good provider right now who is perfect and she’s afraid she won’t see her anymore because of Betty. There has been threats made that she will cancel my moms services over and over. I understand the policy to inform your providers ahead of time but if no one is there to help my mom how can she inform them. Betty has no right to treat people with disabilities in that manner. Would love to get in contact with the owner regarding this issue

I agree with the majority of the 2 reviews not the single positive review. After the initial visit from the RN/Community Liaison came in to assess the needs she informed me they would contact me to what availability they had to fit the available times I would need. That did not happen. Weeks later they didn’t call and out of the blue a young lady rang my doorbell from the company when I was about to leave the house so I refused the service since no one contacted me in advance. I called the company and spoke to the scheduler which had made a schedule for 3 weeks in advance and did not contact me to their availability to see if those time would work for me. After that another young lady came one day of another week. Then the schedule that I was given for the next week I was waiting on the caregiver to arrive that morning as I was told was scheduled and she never arrived and at the end of the day the company scheduler called and said the young lady that was suppose to come the next day had to change that day to another day and I said no one was scheduled for the next day they were scheduled for that day and after going back and forth she realized I was correct. Then the young lady was suppose to come another day in the same week in the AM schedule and I waited and waited no one ever showed up. At almost the end of the day someone shows up and I sent her away. The company is so unprofessional and inconsiderate I would not recommend thorn at all.

If you can, avoid SYNERGY HomeCare at all cost. I can only speak to the lack of professionalism because we never received the care we were supposed to get. My husband suffered a stroke and upon returning home, was supposed to receive PT and OT from SYNERGY. After a couple of days of not hearing from them concerning scheduling, I called. They assured me that it was a mistake (miscommunication) between them and the hospital and that it would all be taken care of. Almost a week later, we had to call them again to find out why no one had shown up still. We were assured that someone would be out. We got an intake nusre to finally come out, but then radio silence AGAIN. A couple of days later I called to follow-up again and was, again, ASSURED they qould check into it and give me a call back. Guess what, no call back. So I called them, once again, to notify them that they had failed... yes, again... to call us back. So I opted to cancel any request or services that would be provided by them and go with a more reliable and professional company. My advice, if you hear SYNERGY, dont do it. Just do yourself a favor and start looking for quality care on your own.

CNA was a no show. Once they send out a good CNA, you never see her again. They will complain about your neighborhood. I will not recommend this company at all!
