Rod's Pizza Cellar

This is a great pizza place in Hot Springs with a casual, laid back atmosphere. Our waitress was very attentive and hospitable. The salad bar had a great selection of salad and toppings. We did the meal for six and got a huge bowl of spaghetti, a thick crust pepperoni pizza with extremely good crust, and two bowls of buttery garlic bread. Would definitely come back here again!

I went there for years and always enjoyed the pizza. We love the godfather and I was not disappointed. It was just as good as I remember it.

If you need to feed a family and don’t want to break the bank Rod’s is THE place. The Rod’s Special Family Feast’s are an incredible value. We did the “For Four” to feed 2 adults and 3 small children and had SO much food. 13” Pizza, salad bar for everyone, bread sticks, and pasta!! We had dinner one night and lunch covered for the next day. All for $40. You just can beat that. The service is also outstanding, you’ll feel like family there. I only knock one star because I think the flavors of the dishes could use just a little bit more of something. Everything was very good, don’t get me wrong. But the price wowed me more than the flavor for sure.

Godfather pizza was yummy, but forgot to inquire about getting it on thin crust. The regular crust is too thick for us, but we still enjoyed the pizza with lots of toppings and cheese. Actually had too much sausage and barely any mushrooms or peppers. Should not charge for using credit cards nowadays, as that’s the price for doing business. It’s rare for people to carry loads of cash these days for many reasons. The pizza is higher priced-FYI.

Dining room was cold, bring a coat. Pizza was ok. Sauce is great but crust could be better. Waitperson didn't know what was on the menu (choc milk) or what the wifi password was. She was very friendly and service was quick. Garlic bread was awesome. They add a $1.99 surcharge to use a card to pay. I just tipped less to make up for that.😥
