Rockwall Fit Body Boot Camp

With encouragement from a co-worker I joined RFBBC. This week I have completed my 76 workout! 30 minutes of full body work out. I really enjoy the workouts, positive friendly environment, and I am seeing results! Different exercises every day and I do not get bored! Great coaches encourage everyone to do their best! Highly recommend!

I love my family at Rockwall Fit Body! I am about to hit my 75th workout and it has been one positive experience after another since I joined. I love that I can get a great workout in 30 minutes. If you’re looking for a gym that offers great coaching, accountability, and a team mentality you are looking in the right place! The coaches are incredibly supportive and will push you to do your best, but they are also understanding of any physical limitations one might have and demo modifications to each workout. I’ve been here for six weeks and have seen amazing results so far. These thirty minute workouts are full body workouts and are never the same. They work hard to keep you engaged without feeling bored all the while targeting every inch of your body. I came here having zero experience with this kind of routine. They were so eager to help and I never felt judged for having no clue what I was doing.They also offer a wide range of time slots to fit anyone’s busy schedule, and, in addition, have an InBody scanner to track your results on a weekly basis, or as often as you like. I can not recommend this place enough! It has been truly life changing and they have far surpassed any expectations I had going in. FBBC Rockwall is truly the best!

The workouts are intense but tailored to you and your fitness level and ability. It’s great to have a place you can workout for 30 mins and really can feel you had a great workout. This group of coaches-Sonyia, Liz, Raisa & Angela- is amazing! They take the time to get to know you and your goals! The motivation they provide helps me during every workout, and even beyond when I am trying to decide if I will get in an extra workout. Their desire to see people get better for themselves is what makes them standout from a typical gym or workout place. The workouts are intense but tailored to everyone’s fitness level and ability. When I leave, I feel like I have accomplished something, and each workout makes me look forward to the next!
