Right at Home

Had an interview there and thought it went great they told me to call back the following week and I did and they acted like they didn’t know who I was and she said she would call me back and never did then I received a text saying since I missed my interview they decided to move forward with someone else … so confusing when they contacted me through me indeed dodged a bullet with the unprofessionalism

Right at Home is absolutely incredible! My mother has Alzheimer's disease and they have been such a huge help for my husband and I while she has been living at home. We were blown away by the quality of the care they offered for my mom. It was a huge blessing to be able to go out and feel safe that my mom was in good care. They are very reliable and punctual and accommodate our busy, changing schedules. Her caregivers Janet and Laurie treat her with kindness and respect. She always looks forward to their visit. I would recommend Right at Home to anyone looking for care for their loved one.

Right at Home in Glendale, AZ is a wonderful organization. The owner, Becky Lauer, and her staff have provided services to my mother and father for almost two years. They are very compassionate and caring people. My parents love the caregivers. They work with family members to insure every detail is taken care of and custom care is provided. They are very flexible with scheduling and will work private pay or with insurance that cover in-home services. I highly recommend this location for caregiver services. Right at Home at 67th Ave. & Bell in Glendale. They are awesome!

Our experience with Right At Home over the past 4 1/2 years has been excellent. We have called upon them on 2 separate occasions. The first caregiver stayed with me for several days while my husband had to travel for a family emergency. We did not think anyone would be able to match her abilities & caring ways. The most recent caregiver was up to the task, perhaps even more so, since she assisted us 3X/week for nearly 2 years. This aide had significant additional duties because our elderly pooch was ill & needed as much attention as the 2 of us. She was spectacular on so many levels, a hard worker with a very big heart who truly cares for us to this very day. Both caregivers were true professionals &, amazingly, I cannot think of anything negative or lacking in either one of them. If we need assistance in the future, we will call upon Right At Home again!

I have a 98 year old mom and Right At Home has been providing her with home health care for quite some time now. I had worked with another agency previously and they were not nearly as reliable and easy to work with as Right at Home is. They always find a great solution if I have a particular need or issue. The biggest differentiator is that they truly care about the people they are serving - both the client and the client's family. I highly recommend this agency.
