Reston Pilates and Jodi Rakoff are top notch. Several years ago, I had been looking for a different type of workout. I was getting older and things just hurt. A good friend of mine recommended that I give Pilates a shot. So I stated to research Pilates studios near me. After reading reviews and interviewing different studios I decided to give Jodi and Reston Pilates a shot. She is amazing and so is the studio. A lot of people say they want to help you but Jodi truly means it. She will work tiredly to develop a plan to fix ailment and help you gain the strength you never realized you had. The studio is spotless and full of light. You will not be disappointed.
