Restaurante Auga

Michelin restaurant with an elegant location on the see,it seems to be on a boat. The menu is in line with the price and quality. Wines are very well selected and suggested by the staff. The short menu was really appreciate with good fish proposals. A unique suggestions:more focus on details!

The food was great, interesting textures and good produce. The service was ok, we had the short menu but no dish was explained in detail when it was brought. I had to ask the staff several times what I was eating. The attention was correct but a bit dry, specially considering at this price point. Service should be much better and warmer.

Excellent food , we had the taster menu, 9 dishes with and entree and a petit fua. The food was excellent, it was introduced to us. We had a bottle of cava. Service was excellent. I tired food I had never tried and I loved all of it.

Foods are absolutely delicious, presentation is very good, service is fantastic. We really had a wonderful time here 😃

Really great food. The red mullet was the best fish I ever had in my life. I will come back to Gijón just for the food 👏🔝
