Eloy Villamil and his team helped me and family get our first property. Their patience and knowledge blew me away. I never once felt rushed or pressured into buying anything. And any question or concern I had they answered and help me understand everything. Once we found the home they did everything to make sure our offer got accepted over plenty others and at the same time get us the best deal. My family really thanks Eloy and his team. Juan Garcia is the most unprofessional Real Estate Agent. We leave him messages and he never returns the phone call. Escrow has finally closed, however we still have not received the funds promised after close of escrow. I would not use him as an agent again.
