Red-X-Fitness Decatur

I love this gym! Especially the turf area, it’s a good place to stretch and do different kinds of workouts. The staff in the front are always so polite and greet me every time I come in the door! Plus they decorate for the holidays :)

This gym is the best I have tried so far. They have the best machines. The staff is amazing and is always helpful.

The gym is clean and the equipment is in good condition. They've got a great variety of equipment to match your style of working out. The staff had also always been super helpful.

Moved from this area 4 years ago. Called in to cancel my membership and said that it was taken care of. 4 years later I noticed that I'm still being charged. Called in once again and location isn't staffed, the call transfered to Decatur and got a rude associate that just hung up on me. Basically they are holding my account hostage at this point. I would just have my bank to cancel but im scared they will try to put it on my credit report.

Run down equipment and staff a bit rude. They wouldn't let me try the gym before I signed up... they wanted to charge 10$ lol it's all run down and leaking roof everywhere!... I WILL NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE... O so red x fitness replied saying they always give a free day to try, but this was not the case. There were many tairs in the pads that would hold bacteria and cut the skin. I say at least 6 machines or more with this issue. Many leaves and trip hazards loke buckets all over the whole gym catching water... The reply was a joke saying my name is not dj Flex, which it's my dj name, but they had my real name in the system because I entered it on an iPad. The whole gym needs a major face lift, and management only has excuses. I believe they may need new management...THIS IS THE FIRST REVIEW I'VE EVER DONE WHERE MANAGEMENT HAS AN EXCUSE AND ALSO DISCRETS THE REVIEWER ON GIVING A TRUTHFUL REVIEW. LETS SEE WHAT MANAGEMENT SAYS NOW.
