Red Lobster

We had a great meal here tonight. I was really impressed with both the food and service at this location b/c other Red Lobster's have not been as good. Our server LeeAnn was friendly and efficient. She made recommendations, brought drinks and biscuits right away, and checked back often. We ordered the endless shrimp, which was a good deal for unlimited refills and one side for $20. We tried all 5 varieties of shrimp and they were all great except for the pasta, which was mainly watery butter pasta with a few shrimp. But the rest were delicious and huge, especially the coconut shrimp. I tried the sirloin and snow crab in garlic butter. It was $30 and came with 2 sides. Perfectly cooked and delicious. Our server also made sure to bring me a wet wipe and crackers for the crab. Towards the end she got busy and we had to wave her down for refills and extra napkins, but she was still a great server. I like the pay kiosk but it took forever to get our rewards/discount applied, so I wish we could just pay directly instead. We will be back. It was a great meal!

Our dishes were great as always!The staff was very friendly,their manager stopped to talk to us. He seemed like a nice person who cares for the service and quality of food. We will be back!

I really only go here for the endless shrimp. But other than that it's a decent place. The staff were friendly and quick on refills for drinks. Doesn't ever get very packed unless it's the weekend. The New dragon shrimp are tasty both spicy and sweet. The coconut shrimp are always an all time favorite.

Really disappointed in our service at the Rogers Red Lobster. Our server took our order and disappeared, my husband had to walk his empty glass to the bar twice to get a refill, food took over an hour to come out, and the noodles in our shrimp linguine were undercooked. While we were there another couple behind us also made a complaint about the lack of service.

We went last weekend to the Rogers location. The building had no heat so we ate in the cold. As you can imagine, the food was ok at best. The server didn't pay much attention. We had to find our own silverware. We asked for refills on coffee and tea but was told they had just dumped them and didn't want to make any more. They closed at 8 pm and we were there at 7:00. Won't go back.
