I cannot say enough positive things about Jayme Goodrich. She is attentive and knowledgeable. Not only have she sold 2 houses for me, but I have referred many people to her that all had stellar reviews. She made the home selling process easy.

Jayme Goodrich is a TERRIBLE realtor from the perspective of a client. i bought my home based on her "knowledge", and ended up paying about $10,000 more than the house was worth at the time. After five years of living here, my home Just Now appraises for the amount i paid years ago. do yourselves a favor; find a better realtor and save some money.

Jayme has sold two of our homes, including rental property, and helped us find and purchase our current home. She is extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, and trustworthy. So thankful we found her, would not use anyone else.
