Re/Max Premier Realty

The staff at Re/Max Premier Realty made me feel comfortable as a first time renter. Unfortunate circumstances forced me to have to transition from 20 years of homeownership to renting. That was hard, but every month when I walked into to the office to pay my rent, Linda and Susan, were always sitting at the front desk and greeted me with the most beautiful smiles. In recent years, Dale has been added to that list, because all of my interactions with him has been warm and friendly. I really appreciated them. As, a matter of fact, everyone that I have encountered at Re/Max have always very friendly.

I wouldn't recommend renting from remax. We rented from remax in Palm Bay for 2 years with no issue but Ocala was a way different story.. The house was in terrible shape when we moved in. Dog hair everywhere, walls were dirty as can be, toenails on the counter, grass was 2ft tall just, just bad. The fan in the master bedroom didn't work when we moved in and we put that on our paperwork. Nothing was ever done about it. We asked to install new fans on our dime and that request was flat out ignored. Then we get a 45 day notice that the owner is selling the house. Didnt offer to help us find a new place or anything. They did however want to fix the fan in preparation for selling which was a slap in the face. Idk why we were treated this way but it surley wont happen again.

As an agent you won’t find a better place to hang your license. I started my career with REMAX and attribute a lot of my early success to the training and resources provided. I had to leave for a bit and was welcomed back with open arms when I was ready. Inside these walls you truly are treated like family. It’s so wonderful working somewhere that feels like home!

Dale that works there very nice really great person we were looking at we were denied because of our pet and he was not aggressive. were willing to put in on putting a privacy fence up but the owner wouldn't let us we had a hound dog which is not an aggressive dog all he's going to do is lick it to death understand the understand but who don't want somebody to spruce up your property but it's okay but thanks Dale we will always be appreciated for you it wasn't you it was the owner

I called them on Monday and spoke to Larry. I told him i needed a property sold. I gave him the plot number and all told him it’s a probate matter. Well i thought he wrote the down the information. He said he would try to reach my sybilling which apparently he didn’t do nothing. I called today and Larry was like I didn’t speak with you. Ok. If you were not interested. You just could’ve said something, but your loss i would never recommend you or this real estate place!!!.
