Has zero respect for potential buyers. Enjoys wasting your time, he will give you fake numbers to dodge his job responsibilities. Very disrespectful and has no regards for scheduled open houses. Leaves early and doesn't show up for scheduled appointments.

Mr Goia threatened my company over a dispute that he was not involved in, was not a property owner of, or simply was not even there when said incident occurred.

Terrible realtor, will not answer his phone. Leaves open houses not even half way threw the showings. Not helpful in the selling of your home.
