I have learned that you can’t hold the real estate agency hostage or 100% accountable for the actions of the property owners they can only do as much as the owner allows and if you do your part as a tenant that’s what matters and there are agencies that will work and fight for what’s right to help the tenant. Because Mr. Victor has been great, he’s has always been available for me and my husband to answer any questions about anything, he even takes the time time out to just check on us. He’s like family and has always made me feel comfortable about any and all of our dealings. And he always leaves us with encouraging words, I just really like and respect him. He really made our transition from Philadelphia to Dover pleasant, it feels like I’m talking to my father or grandfather when I talk to him. This agency is and will always be first on my list of real estate offices, I highly recommended them to any one.

We had an utterly horrific experience with this realtor. My family and I were ready to rent a home this office was showing, despite them having not showed up to show us the home (they sent their handyman to show it when we called, 15 minutes after our appointment with them). We had one small request, and it was one the handyman had already told us was no problem. There was a ratty old cheap chandelier hanging in the open dining area that we wanted switched out with one of our own light fixtures. When we met with the manager and owner of this realty company, with security deposit in hand, she flat out refused. She told us that was where the chandelier goes, and we don't get to change anything. We asked her if she would at least talk to the homeowner, as she is just the realtor, and this seemed to enrage her. She stood up and began yelling that the chandelier stays, and if we don't like it, we should leave. She then walked out of the room, leaving my family and I stunned. After a minute to collect ourselves, we went to leave, and she was in the hallway, berating us and making fun of us to one of her employees! I have never been treated this way in my entire life. Do NOT pay this company to rent your property, and definitely do not try to rent from her.

This is the fourth house and third state I've bought a house in, so I'm quite familiar with real estate agents. Karen, by far, is the best real estate agent I've ever worked with. She answered every question,showed us every house we asked about and took every call. I didn't need hand holding through the process but she made sure we knew every piece of info that came her way. She is currently selling our former house and has gone above and beyond to help us.

Would give less than 1 if I could. Hired them to handle my rental. They allowed three men AND their families to move into my home. They destroyed my brand new stove and fridge, ruined my hardwood floors and cracked all of the basement windows. Had to replace the back door due to the tenants neglect which caused the basement to flood. Had to pay a great sum of money for pest removal and the cleanup was extensive and costly. Avenues refused to give me any of the deposit for repairs and cleanup. 20k in damages and cleanup. You want to avoid using this company to handle your home. Not to be trusted. Cimmunication is horrible. An employee even had nothing good to say about the owner who refused to talk with me. Terrible business with unprofessional staff

I was a tenant and Remax Avenues refused to fix and complete repairs that were needed at time of move in up until the current date!!!! The owner is obnoxious and very disrespectful! She comes off as very racist! The agent that helped me obtain property Victor, was very nice and helpful... to anyone who’s reading this BEWARE👎🏽 I will not ever use nor refer this company to anyone. In 2019 this is disgusting
