Yoga that is able to go the distance. Jonathan has a unique life story and perspective, bringing together eastern and western influences without compromising the essential thrust of yoga. Definitely a hidden gem (not for long) in Boise. If you are just in the market for simple stretching and muscle tone with mindfulness thrown in-Reformed Yoga does offer that, but make sure you don't miss out on the real magic: Jonathan is a kind, capable yogi and will take you as far as you willing to go--physically, mentally, and spiritually! 10/10

Jonathan was amazing, it was refreshing to have a few different techniques put together. As a bigger person it was very comfortable because of the mats. As a beginner it was great to have the equipment provided. I left feeling like I was on top of the world, refreshed, stretched out and ready to face the day. Thank you Jonathan! ReFormed Yoga is amazing. Jonathan is an excellent teacher and takes you step by step through the specific strengthening and healing that you need. He gives a new take on the Yoga he has known since childhood and challenges you to concentrate on the Creator and to fill your mind with true conscientiousness. Different than any yoga class I’ve ever been to. Jon is so knowledgeable and able to individualize the practice so it works for you. There is a noticeable difference in my mindset even after a few sessions. I’ve been nervous to try anything after a car accident and back pain, but this is exactly what I’ve been needing. Thank you!
