Rainforest Cafe

I recently ate at the Rainforest Cafe in order to connect and relive nostalgic memories. The energy in the restaurant is fun, but the food leaves lots to desire especially for the price. The inside of the restaurant was great. There are animatronic animals around most of the seating. The thunderstorm still occurs every 20 minutes. There is a photographer that goes around table to table to take a complimentary photo and offer other photos at a price. I ordered the pulled pork burger. It was a solid burger, but just wasn't a fan of the coleslaw on it. Others in my group were also underwhelmed with the food. You are really paying for the experience in the restaurant.

I'm going to be honest I got the taste of the islands and the fried shrimp it tasted like sugar the fries tasted like sugar the rice and beans tasted like nothing the sauces tasted like cinnamon and sugar, I didn't even want to drink my beer at all. The waitress Rachel was nice but the food was way below satisfaction so i couldn't even enjoy anything on my plate , with my family, order came to 245.32. Let's just say Never again.

We LOVED it, the food was great, the drinks were great, we even got souvenir cups with our alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks! They even take photos! The storms and lights were super pretty, wait staff was nice and quick.

I took my daughter there for her eighth birthday party. And she absolutely loved it. It was a great time the food was great. The service was great highly recommended to have dinner with the family there.

We'd heard of the restaurant before. Had to experience it first hand. It was a lot to take in from the moving animals to the lighting to the thunder and lightning every 15 minutes. It's a place where a person with ADHD is entertained. The service staff where running everywhere, and the food was great, but the distractions where a bit overwhelming.
