Mandy Camphouse Allred of Re/Max Mountain Realty in Rock Springs, WY knowingly had us cancel a contract on a house in Green River, WY and had us put in an offer on the house she had listed at 363 Turret Drive in Rock Springs, WY. Ms. Camphouse Allred reached out to our realtor and asked if we were still interested in the house, that the previous offer that had been accepted was "unraveling" and she wanted to know if we were still interested. I went and looked at the house once again with our realtor Angela Wilson on June 24, 2021. After doing so, my husband and I decided to cancel our current contract on a house in Green River and forfeit our $1,000 earnest money to put in an offer on the Turret house. Angela Wilson presented our offer on the Turret house on June 24 to Mandy. At no time was the words mentioned "Back-up offer". The sellers signed the contract accepting our offer on June 25. Even after receiving our signed contract the house continued to be relisted on the MSL and there were 3 more showings on the house scheduled for June 26. On Wednesday July 30 I received notification from our mortgage company that our loan had been through the preliminary underwriting process, and everything was moving forward as planned. Shortly after that, Angela called and said that Mandy never cancelled the first contract on the Turret house and that we would have to cancel our contract and find a new house.

This place is real scummy. They severely underpay their employees. The managers even admit this. I was on a contract job and when they offered me the full time position they tried to scam me by giving me less money then I was making as a contractor. HR tries to intimidate the employees. She sits on the same floor and yet does not know anything about the department. Their excuse for giving people less pay is as they claim that they give out bonuses. They don't give employees any bonuses but the executives pay themselves out instead. The manager i worked under is a young inexperienced manager who only got the job because her mom works on another floor. She's rude and treats employees like scum. She talks to her employees like their trash and tries to justify it as "I'm a tough manager". They overcharge their agents for "Desk services" I do not recommend working here.

My honest review. First off I want to state that I have a very good friend who works for Remax so I know a little about their practices and not all Remax offices are the same for they are individually owned and operated but use the Remax name. As a dear friend said to me was that as a Remax agent and a Broker one should Know the properties they are selling and all the defects so there won’t be hidden issues. When we started looking for homes we made it VERY CLEAR to the Agent that we needed a home that was sound and if anything was to be wrong with the home that it would just be cosmetic only. Since my husband is totally blind and I am disabled as well, we could not do certain things. We found a home several homes we considered but liked a house in Marissa Illinois. When we looked at it we where told several times that the owner was a builder and he knows how to fix issues. From the get go there was several things wrong with the house that we where told the owner would fix and several things that where NOT DISCLOSED. Such as 1.)Cracked and Bulging Foundation 2.)Fresh Paint that Covered Foundation issues. 3.)Mold 4.)Dangerous Electric Issues 5.) Water That comes from the roof that leaks in the walls 6.)Chimney Issues 7.)Rotted Bathroom floors. 8.)Illegal plumbing issues Now you would think the Agent would know about these issues especially the floor in the bathroom and electrical and structural and Illegal plumbing too but obviously we feel all the Agent wanted to do was sell us a home and not really look out for our best interest. Not naming names we have contacted several companies who verified all of the above. We are not just stating faulse claims. I’m not that kind of person. We feel like we where totally taken advantage of. Many neighbors even stated the owner as someone you shouldn’t buy a home from and we will make sure all these will be reported in the realtor complaints. Instead of a simple sorry and let’s help you out they deny all claims and threats of lawsuits on a blind man and a disabled lady. We are just stating our facts on the house we purchased. Nothing else. To be fair, I would never use them again and most of our town won’t either because they have seen what the damages are and feel for us. The Agents who are bringing in the sales great but what I feel they have done to us is unethical and I’m not just saying this. The Corporate Remax, The BBB on the phone, The Attorney General in Chicago, The Disabilities Rights and much more. I hope and pray they would write a simple I’m sorry letter. At this point that’s all we ask for. Knowing a good friend from Remax makes me extremely sad but her office they have to know their properties and what is and what isn’t wrong with them. This is my honest review. It took me a lot of time but I wanted people to know how we have felt. My 4 year old who has Epilepsy got sick from the mold and my 22 year old almost got hurt when a Electric Fire almost accrued. That is why I’m writing this. I’m not angry, hurt, sad. I’m just writing a honest upfront review. Would I use Remax in Belleville or any other areas near by absolutely not.

I live in Texas and my wife received an email from Amazon saying a package in her name worth $599 would be delivered to someone using the address 113 STONEGATE CIRSHELBYVILLE, TN 37160. We do not know anyone at that address, better yet, anyone in that state. The address was listed on ReMax , I do not know if the email was legitimate or not but I do know the address is fraudulently being used in some type of way.

Dear Mr. Dave liniger, Having very high respect for you being a veteran. You have successfully enriched the brand name and reputation at highest level. I am too a veteran and a admirer of yours. Your name is being ruined by none other than the RE/MAX India. There is no level of professionalism which you might have thought out from here. You need to give a thought again and need to pass on the master franchise to somebody more deserving and ethically fit person here. Apply the method of Rolls Royce way for understanding the person background. The RE/MAX India currently is in wrong hands. There are lots of example out of which forwarding you few like, they donot respond to any email and do not attend the concerns of their employee in regards to salary or any welfare means. They don't give salary on time means this month salary can be expected after 2 months of working and that too may be half. The broker office donot get appropriate answers of their email for their concerns which put them in lots of confusion and haywire to understand the professional way of communication. They feel cheated once they pay for the brand name, also because of even false promises made to them initially. You are having full right to communicate with the claimed no. of Broker office owners. So try once from your self to understand the image and working style. The image is tarnished and it is in continuity. You are in deep need of understanding the Indian market on your own. Donot believe on shown picture. Forward me your email id so that proofs can be sent to you. How long the image will get deteriorated and how long you can ignore, it is upto you. Ethics is at stake. Regards.
