You won’t find a buyer’s agent better than Sharon Clayton. I’ve worked with hundreds of agents in my career as a mortgage lender and Sharon is simply the best. She did a lot of research ahead of looking at homes together and would bring up things I’d never even considered… flood zones, no street parking allowed, too busy of a street, etc. We found the perfect house and offered under list price at the height of the Denver market. Thanks to Sharon’s tenacity and excellent communication, our offer was accepted and we closed in eleven days!
I'm grateful once again that I trusted my gut and it paid off. I could have hired this friends or that family members agent to sell my mother's house but I've been down that road. Leo contacted me and those calls I rarely take but he had a lot to offer, I saw first hand. The house sold quickly and for a good price and that's not the only reason I recommend him. There's far more than the result to be considered, the entire process can be overwhelming unless there's experience involved. I would suggest you call Remax and get help from professionals that make it easy.

Excellent experience working with Nick Millisor!
Earlier this year I got myself into a nightmare real estate deal. It was a terrible experience where I found myself in a contract selling my house for grossly under market value. Then it was a nightmare getting out of the listing agreement with the broker who really only cared about the money.
I was lucky to find Nick through a friend on social media. Nick offered to hear me out on my situation, then offer guidance on what I can do. He even went as far as having the managing broker / president Bailey give me guidance with her expertise. Nick and Bailey really gave me confidence that I was not -for lack of a better word- screwed out of $30-40k in the real estate deal.
After finally getting out of the deal with the sale and the agreement with the broker, I was mentally exhausted but Nick’s positive energy helped me have confidence in being able to do much better this time around.
Working with Nick was a pleasure, he was very communicative and patient, and considering how busy I was with other responsibilities it was nice to have some one very level headed to help lead the way.
Nick said he would help me get top dollar for my home, and he did! My original home sale was for $440k, which I know was grossly under market value. The home in front of mine sold at $480k so I was expecting to get around that ball park. But with Nick’s help I was able to close in 1 month at 515k! I couldn’t be more happy with the results.
Nick’s advice on staging, and the photos really added value. I would definitely recommend Nick and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell. He’s a genuine guy that is there to help and in the future I look forward to working with him and his team again!
Horrible experience with sellers agent employed by this organization. Went out of our way to support the seller's delayed move out timeline after closing, the sellers agent asked that we not hold a security deposit based on the seller's unique circumstances, then we were left with thousands of dollars in cleanup and other damages after the seller failed to move out during the agreed upon timeline. Extremely disappointed with how this group conducted business. Circumstances did not have to be this diffucult but we attempted to reconcile and the Remax agent conveyed there was no recourse. Buyer beware - leave no room for their misleading and abusive business practices. Unfortunately my only option at this point will be to pursue the matter in small claims court. Remax was zero help.
