People who work for this company are messed up, Lisa who works at the Berthoud, Colorado location got my sons hopes up over a home by reaching out to my husband asking if he wants a showing for a home in Fort Collins, Colorado WHEN SHE ALREADY HAD SOMEONE ALREADY APPROVED FOR A HOUSE AND A CONTRACT SIGNED. So why the heck did you reach out, did you not receive your down payment fast enough? I don’t appreciate it at all. That is a really messed up thing to do, now I get to go disappoint a child because you’re a horrible impatient human or whatever your b.s. reasoning is. Reaching out to my husband asking him if he wants a showing when offers were made on the day of showing and a contract signed, you are WASTING our time! Have some dam respect, it’s not for a back up, it’s not waiting on a background check, you LITERALLY HAVE A CONTRACT SIGNED, yes let’s go look at a house, like it but get told “o wait it’s already bought” “I just wasted your time,” gross you make me sick!!!
