When I was selling my house with another agent (who did nothing) it was Carmen who was determined to help my husband and I sell our home. She gets to know her clients so brought clients who she knew would be interested in our home. After that sale she kept in touch with me and when I needed to buy a new home I reached out and she called me back immediately!! We worked together finding the right place and it happened quickly because she gets to know what you are really looking for and is not just trying to make a sale! I could say that her incredible attention to detail, excellent knowledge of the market and amazing work ethic are what make her a great agent but truthfully I think it's a lot more then just that. After hiring Carmen 3 times I can personally tell you she is not looking to just sell you a house, she wants to get you into the right home for you. The experience I had with Carmen, in the sale of one home and the purchase of another (of which there was 2 years between each transaction) was far above what I anticipated, having bought and sold many homes over my lifetime. In all my prior experiences, the real estate agent was only engaged at the closing to get the commission check. Carmen actively worked with all parties, through the entire process, to be sure everything was taken care of and on schedule. In my experience with Carmen, I was informed in all decisions, I felt well protected and was confident she had my best interest at the forefront. There was not a time where I had concern. Should I have a future real estate need in her territory, I will not hesitate to call Carmen.
